Two significant events that caught attention of both key telecom and broadcast market players and state industry regulatory bodies were held during EEBC conference program.
The first: Round table discussion “About the need to create governmental-public organizational structure to manage the process of transition to digital terrestrial broadcasting”
The discussion was initiated by All-Ukrainian Television & Radio Association “UKR-DVB-FORUM”, Broadcasting, Radiocommunications and Television Concern and State Committee for television and radio broadcasting of Ukraine.
The discussion resulted in the resolution to send to the Cabinet of Ministry of Ukraine the proposal to create a single coordination structure to manage the transition to digital terrestrial broadcasting and take it under direct control.
The second: Round table discussion «New legislative initiatives in telecommunication industry»
The participants of the round table, which was initiated by the Internet Association of Ukraine, discussed the new aspects of regulation included into the legislative proposal “About Telecommunications”
In addition, EEBC conference program was complemented with multiple seminars and master-classes organizers by the exhibitors.
