Vacancies: Assosiate (International arbitration) Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Providing legal advice on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes and enforcement issues; • Representing clients in various international arbitration institutions (ICC, SCC, ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, ICAC at the CCI of Ukraine, LCIA, LMAA etc.). • Experience in the specific areas of international arbitration (such as investment disputes, sport arbitration, FOSFA/GAFTA, etc. is a plus; • Preparing written submissions, statements of case, assistance in drafting Affidavits, witness statements etc . • Working with international clients, resolving disputes by use of ADR facilities is a plus. Qualifications Required: • Superior academic credentials (diploma with honours is a plus); • Relevant experience in an international/local law firm; • Fluent spoken and written legal and business English and Russian; • Experience in arbitration (dispute resolution) moot tournaments is a plus. Associate (Litigation) Key Duties and Responsibilities: Represent clients in various court institutions; Draft and prepare legal opinions and memoranda; Deliver legal services both to local and international clients across a variety of industries and functional areas; Advise clients in a professional, ethical and efficient manner on different legal issues, including in the field of corporate law and / or tax and / or land and / or bankruptcy etc.; Handle clients’ matters and projects under limited supervision; Prepare and review legal documents, analyze legal issues and provide recommendations; Supervise project execution and train of junior colleagues; Work effectively in a project team; Other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications Required: Superior academic credentials (diploma with honours is a plus); LLM degree in a foreign university is a plus; Relevant experience as an associate in an international/local law firm; Experience in litigation is a must; Fluent spoken and written legal and business English, Ukrainian and Russian; Strong analytical, legal writing and research skills; Strong time management and organizational skills; Responsible and result-oriented.
