HISTORY

Staff Centre Company was established in 1999 to perform recruitment of Ukrainian seafarers for foreign shipowners. From the beginning to the present day main goal of the company policy is to recruit the seafarers and workers for repair gangs in compliance with the requirements of Convention STCW 78/95, ISM Code and relevant Administration maritime laws as well as with the demands of Ship owners stipulated in the Agency Agreement.

Staff Centre Shipmanagement company was created in 2003 as management branch of Staff Centre Group of Companies. Staff Centre Shipmanagement Ltd. specializes in providing ships with technical, safety, security and operational support from shore-based management. It is fully IACS ISM certified company which allows to provide its services in full compliance with the highest international management standards.

But the real history of Staff Centre Group of Companies started from 1994, when most of our company employees started their shore carrier with Ukrainian national shipmanagement company Ukmar, which operated four dozens of large capacity bulk carriers.

Today we continue and expand our maritime business on the absolutely new stage of modern technical, economical and financial possibilities. But in any case we would like do not lose at present and to take in future our traditions, experience, good reputation and nice business ties with our partners worldwide, which came from ten years history.
