With over four years at Andersen, Iryna's practice covered a range of areas such as financial and banking law, real estate and construction, international and domestic tax legislation, corporate law, privatization and etc.

Iryna used the experience she gained at Andersen to become a leading expert in the realm of syndicated loans, structured financing schemes, securities matters (CLN, Eurobonds) and other capital market transactions.

Main practice areas:
Iryna is head of the Finance and Banking Law department and supervises a group which practises mergers and acquisitions, real estate and construction, as well as corporate and tax law.

Iryna is a member of the board of IFA Ukraine.
