Vladimir Kolodyuk
President Date of birth: April 22, 1975
Education: Kyiv Economic Institute of Management, major in Management in Service Sector; Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, major in Psychology, Masters Degree.

In March 1994, Vladimir with his partners established the company Unitrade, which gave birth to Unitrade Group Holding.
In 2004, a holding company was established which after its renaming at the beginning of 2008 received its current name of Unitrade Group. Vladimir Kolodyuk introduced the following companies to the market: Unitrade, City.com, melofon, SamoByt, wholesaler Udicom, a commercial property development company, and his own trademark Ixtone.
In 2007, Vladimir Kolodyuk became one of the founders of the Association of Globally Developing Companies at the World Economic Forum.
During his professional career, Vladimir Kolodyuk was awarded the title of the Best Top manager in Ukraine on several occasions. In 2007, Vladimir Kolodyuk became one of 100 richest Ukrainians according to "Fokus" magazine.

Vladimir Dobrovolskiy

Education-

In 1994, Vladimir Dobrovolskiy in partnership with Vladimir Kolodyuk established the company Unitrade. During its development, Vladimir Dobrovolskiy managed different sections of the company. Together with his partners Vladimir Dobrovolskiy introduced various brands belonging to Unitrade Group to the market. In 2007, Vladimir Dobrovolskiy was the General Manager of the company and later managed the distribution department.
After a change of shareholders at the beginning of 2008, Vladimir Dobrovolskiy became the Vice President of Unitrade Group and manages the Holding alongside Vladimir Kolodyuk.

Igor Poznakharenko
Head of Group of trading companies Date of birth – 1973
Education – Department of Sociology and Psychology of National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv (1997). He participated in trainings supervised by: Helmut Beloch (Germany, five years of studies), Olga Pestretsova (course of Finance for Non-financial Managers).

Igor Poznakhorenko began his career in the Holding in June 2000 as HR Manager. Now he heads the Group of trading companies of the Holding, which consists of the retail chains Unitrade, City.com, melofon and SamoByt, wholesaler Udicom, servicing company Service-Master and consultancy firm B-zone. His achievement is the integration of all the brands of the Group of trading companies into a centralized structure.

Dmitriy Kupreyev

Dmitriy has worked in Unitrade Group Holding since August 2006. He became the Head of the Unitrade chain in April 2007. As the Head of the Unitrade chain, Dmitriy systematized the work and specified the market position of the chain, launched additional services for clients at outlets, initiated the introduction of a new format of the chain’s retail shops.

Anton Krasnikov

Education – National Technical University of Ukraine (2001), Helmut Beloch training program.

Anton Krasnikov has worked in the Holding since 2000. He started his career as a shop assistant. Now he is the commercial manager of the entire Holding. One of his main achievements is a considerable increase in turnover profitability, and the centralization of the purchasing and logistic operations of all the companies that form the Holding.

Anna Filipovich
Head of law department Date of birth – 1977
Education – Lviv Commercial Academy, Department of Law (1999), Kyiv National Economic University, МBА.

Anna became the Head of the Legal Department of Unitrade Group on February 5, 2007. Her Department is responsible for complete legal assistance in the Holding’s activities. Anna benefits from experience gained in a foreign auditing company, where she worked as Head of the Board.

Vitaliy Kovalchuk
Head of IT department Date of birth – 1976
Education - Vinnytsya State Technical University, major in "Automatics and Computerized Management Systems" (1998).

Vitaliy began his career in the Holding in 1999 as a programmer. Becoming the Head of IT Department, he improved the work of information systems from scratch and now he is responsible for their maintenance and development.

Anna Basyuk
Head of HR department Date of birth – 1984
Education – Odessa Mechnikov National University, major in Psychology (2006). Participated in trainings and seminars in the Business School of Kyiv Mohyla Academy, the Business Master corporation, Infor Manager, and other companies.

Anna began her career in the Holding as the Head of the HR Department of the group of trading companies in February 2007. Today, she is one of the youngest female top managers in Ukrainian HR. During her career in Unitrade Group Holding, Anna managed to unite the separate HR services of the Holding companies into a single structure and systematized personnel management activity.

Sergey Dorofeyev
Head of marketing research department Date of birth – 1975
Education – Department of Philology at National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv

Sergey Dorofeyev started his career in the Holding in July 2000. His first position was as a shop assistant in the Unitrade chain and in several years he became the Head of the Marketing Department. His achievement is the establishment of a powerful analytical service in the Holding, which helps to work out the Holding’s strategic business plans. Sergey also founded and inspired the PR activities of Unitrade Group Holding.
