American Legend Ltd. was founded on 4 July 2005 as part of Atoll Holding Group

 

On 21 July 2008 representatives of Íarley-Davidson Motor Company®, Mark McCallister, regional marketing director of Harley-Davidson® Europe and Viktor Petrenko, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Atoll Holding CJSC reached agreement on opening the first official Harley-Davidson® dealer center in Ukraine. The meeting took place in Las Vegas, USA. Willie “G” Davidson, the grandson of Arthur Davidson, one of the legendary founders of Íarley-Davidson Motor Company®, warmly welcomed the Ukrainian partner to the worldwide family of Harley-Davidson®.

 

On 4 August 2008 in Oxford, England, the first in Ukraine dealer contract for selling motorcycles, accessories and after-sales service was signed between Harley-Davidson® Europe and American Legend Ltd.
