Our Law Firm is a legal adviser of the German independent Securities Trading Bank «RG Securities AG» on the matters of foundation and registration of OJSC “RGI Bank” in Ukraine. «RG Securities AG» is known as an organizer of distribution of securities of Ukrainian companies (such as: «Azovstal», «Dniproazot», «Zaporizhstal JSC», «Bank FORUM JSC») on the stock exchange in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
