Our Company will inform its clients and community about the cooperation with the Section. Our lawyers have prepared documents package for receiving permission for concentration in Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for JSC "Wimm-Bill-Dann" (Moscow, Russia) in acquisition of milk factories on the territory of Ukraine, for JSC "Moscow TeleSystems" (Moscow, Russia) in acquisition of the JV "Ukrainian Mobile Communications" (Kyiv, Ukraine), for "Alfa Telecom Limited" (BVI) in acquisition of the JSC "Kyivstar GSM", for UNIQA Ingatlanhasznosito Korlatolt Felelossegu Tarsasag (Hungary) in acquisition of a share of statutory capital of PRO NETT, LLC (Ukraine), also permission to Bankhaus Main AG (Germany) for incorporation of bank with foreign capital Public Joint-Stock Company RGI Bank in Ukraine.

Among partners of our Firm we would like to name Horizon Capital Associates, LLC (USA). It is a private equity fund manager that establishes and manages investments in mid-cap companies with outstanding growth and profit potential in Ukraine and Moldova. Horizon Capital successfully manages Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF), which we are also proud to name as one of our partners. Another client of us is TASK Companies Group, which includes an asset management company, securities trader and investment company.

In addition to the companies listed above, «AS Consulting» is a legal adviser of the German independent Securities Trading Bank RG Securities AG. RG Securities AG is known as an organizer of distribution of securities of Ukrainian companies (such as: «Azovstal», «Dniproazot», «Zaporizhstal JSC», «Bank FORUM JSC») on the stock exchange in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Also, our Law Firm co-operates with a Finnish company Alma Media Interactive Oy, the shares of which are listed at Helsinki Stock Exchange. Market place for real estate agencies in Ukraine is also a point of interest to this company. As a matter of fact, we counsel Alma Media Interactive Oy concerning signing labour agreements under Ukrainian Law.

We are also proud to co-operate with a Polish company TELE-FONIKA Kable Handel S.A. providing legal consultations on the matters of labour law. TELE-FONIKA Kable Handel S.A. is the biggest cable producer in Central and Eastern Europe. In terms of sales, it is Europe’s fourth biggest cable manufacturer and is noted as one of the world’s largest suppliers of cable and wire. The company was founded in 1992 and is currently one of the biggest private enterprises in Poland.

Our lawyers have incorporated wholly-owned subsidiaries of "Leco Instrumente Plzeň spol. s r.o" (Czech Republic) with subsequent representation of its interests either; incorporated new joint stock companies, whose control packet of shares belongs to "Ferroli S.P.A." (Italy), "Margaritelli Kaelin S.A." (Luxemburg). Also, our lawyers provided a legal escort for a transaction on purchasing of corporate rights belonging to "CTC Media, Inc." (USA) in "Music Radio, LLC" (Ukraine) on behalf of the American company.

Our Firm has also set forth a Legal opinion on the results of the legal investigation conducted by attorneys of the Law Firm AS Consulting, LLC on request of a Development Finance Company “FMO” (The Netherlands). The Firm’s legal services to the Client were connected with investment activity to a brick-production enterprise in Ukraine.
