Litigation and arbitration
Our Law Firm provided TV channel Studio 1+1, LLC legal consultations on the matters of litigation and arbitration. “Studio 1+1” is a nation-wide Ukrainian-speaking TV-channel, one of the leaders of domestic motion pictures production and is a most popular TV-channel among Ukrainian viewers.
AS Consulting provided OJSC UniCredit Bank with a complex legal and consulting services regarding the preparation of necessary documents and representation of the interests before Kyiv Commercial Court of Appeal, Supreme commercial Court of Ukraine and State Execution Service of Ukraine concerning the collection of debts under contract on financial leasing in the amount of more than 2 000 000 Euro. Managing partner Andriy Tsvyetkov and partner Glib Tsvyetkov were working on the project. We have an experience of participation in international arbitration proceedings both in Ukraine and abroad, having conducted arbitration under variety of international institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules, including the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Arbitration Institute of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
