Our intellectual property (IP) handle a full range of issues faced by clients worldwide. The Law Firm «AS Consulting, LLC» is a legal adviser of the German independent Securities Trading Bank «RG Securities AG» on the matters of registration of OJSC “RGI Bank” trade mark in Ukraine. This trade mark was registered in State Department of Intellectual Property of Ukraine on April 10, 2009.
We assist our clients with conducting trademark/service mark and patent research, providing other types of information services related to intellectual property; drafting and negotiating agreements related to the transfer or licensing of technology, know-how, other subject matter of intellectual/industrial property rights; building and franchising networks, etc; filing and prosecuting through registration applications for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, copyright and related rights; litigation of cases related to various types of infringements upon intellectual property rights and other disputes involving intellectual property; maintenance of Patens for inventions, utility models, industrial designs and renewal of Registration Certificates for trademarks.
