Starcraft 2 Special: Russian Roots of ‘Modern Chess’?

It’s one of the best-selling video games of all time, but it’s more than just a game. The legendary space strategy Starcraft has become a revolution in electronic sports, and is often called ‘modern day chess’. It’s much-awaited sequel, Starcraft II, hits the stores on July 27. RT takes a look at the game and talks to one of the game’s designers and art director at Blizzard Entertainment, Samwise Didier.
