- 4+ years of professional work experience in the sphere of finance/tax/corporate law
- Fluent English is a must
- Research and analytical skills,
- Excellent written & oral presentation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities - advising clients on various legal issues related to finance/tax/corporate law
- conducting due diligence;
- collecting and collating materials on various legal subjects;
- participating in negotiations;
- drafting various types of contracts, corporate documents and memoranda in Ukrainian, Russian and English languages;
- preparing legal opinions;
