Scientific activity:
He is engaged in research work regarding IP and technology transfer at the International Center of Space Law at the National academy of Science of Ukraine.

Other:
Konstantin is listed as an arbitrator at the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the European Arbitration Chamber, the court of arbitration at the First Securities Trading Association (PFTS Association).  In July 2009 he was elected Vice-chairman of the Court of Arbitration at PFTS Association. Konstantin is the author of publications on local and international arbitration, corporate management, due diligence practice, etc.
