Telemarketing (sales via telephone) is the presentation of your goods and services to specially trained operators-salespersons.

There are two kinds of telemarketing:

  • passive sales – buyers call the number specified by you, to get information on a product, make a decision about a purchase or order it (the simplest example is a TV shop).
