Recommendations for the handing of incapacitated passengers and passengers with reduced mobility (PRM)At time of check-in, carriers may be alerted by the special purpose code (SP) on the passenger ticket and shall verify that all local provisions required for the assistance and carriage of the incapacitated passengers and passengers with reduced mobility have been made available. Airport authority shall endeavour to make arrangements to fulfill them without delaying the flight. In order to ensure that ground handling staff are alerted at all stages to the special procedures for passengers with reduced mobility or/and incapacitated passengers the buyers of tickets should inform cashiers about it and complete all documents introduced by cashiers. Incapacitated passengers escorts shall always be ticketed separately. Decision for accept of passengers on board of the aircraft should be made by representative of aircompany, issued tickets yourself of through sales agents.
