Terms of car rental

Requirements for the renter:
  minimal age - 21
  driver’s experience - minimum 2 years


Required documents:
  passport
  identification code (for the citizens of Ukraine)
  driver license valid in the territory of Ukraine

Delivery/return of a car
Delivery/return of a car in close proximity to the central office of the company "BLS" (Kyiv city, 29 Drahomanova St., Business centre "Centrum") in working hours is provided free of charge.


The car shall be given/taken only if it is clean.


The renter can use the car outside Kyiv city for travels through Ukraine without additional deposit. Exit from the territory of Ukraine is not allowed.

Insurance
All cars are insured on terms of obligatory insurance of civil liability “OSAGO” of the car owner, and also “AutoKASKO”.


 Insurance deposit
The sum of the insurance deposit at the moment of car rental depends on the make of rented car. The insurance deposit shall be paid at the moment of the undersigning of contract and shall be returned to the Renter provided the execution of contract’s terms, at the moment of car transfer to Renter.


Prices
The prices include complete technical service of the vehicle, VAT and not limited mileage/kilometrage*. The rental start is calculated from the moment of the undersigning of acceptance certificate of a car. The delay of a car for 2 or more hours shall be paid as its rental for the next day.


Rental with the driver:
When renting a car with the driver the renter pays only for this service and bears no responsibility for the car (damage, theft etc.). The minimal term of car rental with the driver is 3 hours +1 hour for the delivery.
 *Car rental without the limitation of mileage/kilometrage is valid at the car rental for 4 days and longer
