Services of securities custodian for legal entities

Raiffeisen Bank Aval performs depositary activities of securities custodian based upon license series À No. 489040 of 24.11.2009 granting the right to perform professional activity of securities custodian.

Custodian Raiffeisen Bank Aval is one of the founders and member of PJSC Depositary “All-Ukrainian Depository of Securities” and member of National Depositary of Ukraine.

Custodian of Raiffeisen Bank Aval provides full-scope depository servicing to the legal entities of all forms of ownership based upon Agreements on opening and servicing of securities account:

  • Opening of corporate and state securities account.
  • Safe custody of securities.
  • Conversion of client’s documentary securities into book-entry and servicing of this securities’ turnover in the form of electronic record at owner’s account;
  • Proving owners of securities with statements after each operation and reports on turnover of securities for definite period of time based upon request.
  • Conversion of securities into documentary form for the purpose of their further accounting in the register of registrar.
  • Accounting of securities ownership transfer based upon the order of the client.
  • Processing of orders in SWIFT format.
  • Informing the client on all corporate actions of the issuer, whose securities are registered at client’s account and submission of any information received from issuer, registrar and depository.
  • Participation in Shareholder’s Meeting based upon client’s order.
  • Receipt of income from securities, stored by custodian, with its further transfer to the client’s accounts based upon his/her order.
  • Servicing the assets of joint investment institutions and non-state pension funds.
  • Providing information and consultation services as regards turnover of securities in the National Depository System of Ukraine.

Custodian of Raiffeisen Bank Aval performs its activities according to regulatory documents approved by State Commission for Securities and Stock Market, effective laws of Ukraine, internal regulations and procedure.
