Services of securities custodian for private individuals

Raiffeisen Bank Aval performs depositary activities of securities custodian based upon license series À No. 489040 of 24.11.2009 granting the right to perform professional activity of securities custodian.

Custodian of Raiffeisen Bank Aval is one of the founders and member of PJSC Depositary “All-Ukrainian Depository of Securities” and member of National Depositary of Ukraine.

Custodian of Raiffeisen Bank Aval provides full-scope depository services to the private individuals based upon Agreement on opening and servicing of securities account:

Administrative operations:

  • Opening of securities accounts;
  • Change of securities storage mode and other changes, which are not related to the change of securities balances on securities account.

Accounting transactions:

  • Crediting/writing-off, imposing or raising restrictions as regards securities turnover;
  • Clearing;
  • Conversion of client’s documentary securities into book-entry and servicing of this securities’ turnover in the form of electronic record at owner’s account;
  • Other depositary operations on maintaining of securities accounts and recording operations with securities, which result in change of the number of securities at the securities accounts;

Information related operations:

  • Statements of securities account;
  • Information statements;
  • Information regarding issuer’s operations (including submission of information on holding General Meeting by the issuer);
  • Other information as regards operations of depositors or clients, having securities accounts, based upon requests of depositors or clients and other persons according to their powers as regards receipt of such information.

Custodian of Raiffeisen Bank Aval performs its activities according to regulatory documents approved by State Commission for Securities and Stock Market, effective laws of Ukraine, internal regulations and procedure.
