About UsFinancial PerformanceInformation openness and transparency bespeak reliability of TAS Insurance Group. TAS IG provides information on key financial performance indicators that show a financial stability, reliability, growth and dynamic development of the Company. Clients certainly consider a volume of insurance premiums, indemnity paid and reserves to be the most principal indicators, as these figures indicate how an insurance company fulfills its obligations under insurance agreements concluded with a client, and how an insurer secures future indemnity payments. The Insurance premiums indicator shows an amount of finance received by an insurer under insurance or re-insurance agreements. A size of insurance premiums represents a security by the insurer of future indemnity payments (amounts of insurance). The Insurance indemnity indicator represents the amount of finance actually paid by the insurer for events insured. The indemnity payment is performed under insurance agreements or according to legislation on the basis of an insurant application (insurant’s legal successor or third parties as set forth in contractual provisions) and a claim report (a damage certificate) made by an insurer or its authorized representative (claim adjuster) in a form as specified by the insurer. The Insurance Reserves indicator represents a security by the insurer of future indemnity payments (amounts of insurance). The indicator determines a level of investment of funds to investment assets and means that serve as a security of insurance company obligations. The Authorized Capital indicator shows the company owner's motivation in the insurer’s development. The Assets indicator represents the amount of finance of the insurance company invested in security papers, real estate, bank accounts and deposits, other material valuables and accounts receivable. Sources of these funds are the authorized and reserve capitals, technical reserves, undistributed profits and other liabilities. The Insurer’s Guarantee Fund indicator includes an additional and reserve capital, and undistributed profits.
