МВА (Bled, Slovenia), Master of International Economics (Kyiv, Ukraine). Works in TAS Insurance Group since 2001. Started his career in the Company as expert at Finance and Risk Management Dept. Headed later the Finance and Economy Dept. Since 2007 appointed Deputy CEO in finance.

Graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute as IT Technologies Engineer. Speaks English and Portuguese.
Occupied top positions at IT companies and mobile communications companies in Ukraine, Russia and GB, such as Qvazar Micro, UMC, Protek, Vympelkom, etc.
Engaged in insurance since 2003.
Occupied responsible top positions at КапиталЪ Insurance Group that was owned by КапиталЪ Russian Investment and Financial Holding. Since 2008 — Deputy Chairman of the Board TAS IG on insurance indemnity settlement, back-office, and IT.

Has got wide and valuable practical experience. From 1981st and on worked as engineer, economist, Head of «Centrelevatormetstroy» Group planning bureau, LLC «Agrospecpostach» Commercial director, then – JV «APF» Director. Nataliya’s experience in insurance started in Zhitomyr Regional Department of «Gosstrakh». Since 2001^st she was successfully in charge of Zhitomyr District Management Board.
Today she manages retail sales of Insurance Group «TAS» all over Ukraine.

History & Geography Teacher Degree. Worked as Director of secondary general education school. Held position as Head of Organization Department at Dniprodzerzhynsk city executive committee. In 2003, got employment at TAS Insurance Group, as Office Manager.
Pursuing a second degree as Project Manager.
As Administrative Director, he provides support to principal operations of the company: records management, vehicle stock management, facilities management, procurement management.
Married; has a daughter.

Has two higher educations: a planning engineer, graduated from Khmelnytsk Institute of Technology for Public Service; an economic manager, graduated from Kyiv Institute for Political Science and Social Management.
Majors in insurance since 1992. Appointed Head of Department for Regional Units Management at TAS Insurance Group in April 2003. Transferred to the position of Head of Department for Human Resources and Regional Units Coordination.
Responsible for HR Policy development of the Company:
Planning, search, selection and employment of the staff;
Development of wage system and staff incentives;
Organization of training and professional improvement of the staff;
Performance of staff evaluation and certification;
Development of corporate culture;
Maintenance and enhancement of psychosocial climate among the staff;
Organization of personnel records;
Coordination of regional units.
