During the last years the management of Zaporizhstal JSC step by step carries out a complex of measures aimed at the increase of efficiency of production, operating flexibility, labour productivity and improvement of the quality of consumer services.

A technical re-equipment programme up to 2010 has been worked out at the Works. The provided measures are aimed, first of all, at the use of the newest technologies, improvement of quality and widening of the range of products, cost reduction and also creation of conditions for high-quality consumer services.

To realize the policy of Zaporizhstal JSC in the field of quality and improvement of the operating and certified “TUV CERT” 2003-2008 QM System, the top management of the Works has taken a decision to develop on its basis an Integrated Management System of quality, environmental protection and labour safety in correspondence with the requirements of four international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ILO-OSH 2001.

Within the framework of the Quality Management System twice a year consumers, suppliers and personnel regularly fill in questionnaires. The results of the analysis of the questionnaires are used to upgrade the products and to improve the service of the clients.

In this section there is information, which can be useful to you — our respected partners — at the stage of conclusion of a contract with the Works. Furthermore, there is information about the planned mastering of types of products to study their demand.

The most important section for improvement of the contractual work at the Works and to optimize the sales structure is the section “Questionnaire”.
We will be thankful to you for the objective estimation of the services of the Works.

The time you spend on completing the questionnaire will mean for you expansion of services and service quality when subsequently applying to the Works.
