Acting as a sole legal counsel to the client’s subsidiaries (co-borrowers) in planning and structuring the project finance transaction, stipulating borrowings in two tranches, the first of them is syndicated with participation of Coordiant Capital Investment Fund and Erste Bank, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents (the loan agreement, various security and project agreements), providing full-scale legal advice on the fulfillment of conditions precedent to the transaction and further performance of the obligations under the transaction documents by the parties thereof.
