268 exhibitors from Ukraine, Russia, USA, Japan, Germany, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Spain, France, Switzerland, Poland, Great Britain and China took part in the international specialized exhibition «LABComplEX – 2010».
Total area of the exhibition was 5 132 sqm.
International specialized Trade fair «LABComplEX – 2010» was in demand of many specialists. According to the rules of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) about the leadthrough of exhibition audit on an exhibition measure with the number of visitors from 5000 to 20000 persons must be polled no less than 500 persons.
According to marketing research that was help during «LABComplEX - 2010», exhibition was visited by 5 834 of specialists, this satisfies the requirements of The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI).
According to marketing research geography of visitors covered all regions of Ukraine, Crimea and also there were visitors from Russia, Belarus, Moldavia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, France, Sweden, Japan, Poland, China and Iran.
Distribution of visitors by economic regions of Ukraine: the Capital region – 51,33%, the North-East region – 10,38%, the Donetsk region – 7,90%, the Carpathian region - 7,85%, the Black Sea region - 6,15%, the Dnieper region – 4,81%, the Podolsk region – 4,76%, the Central region - 3,55%, the North–West region - 2,65%.
Exhibition visitors were from such areas: Laboratory medicine – 35,10%, Science and education - 17,41%, Chemical industry - 6,51%, Food industry - 6,24%, Sanitary-epidemiological services - 5,13% Agricultural industry – 4,46%, Veterinary - 4,15%, Pharmaceutical industry - 4,03%, Standardization of metrology - 3,16%, Ecology - 3.04%, Engineering - 2,72%, Oil and Gas industry – 1,70%, Metallurgy - 1,38%.
Post distribution of visitors LABComplEX: 45,11% - Heads of departments, 20.90% - Specialists, 12.49% - Heads of enterprises, 6,32% - Technical managers, 6,17% - Specialists in quality.
The greatest interest of visitors caused: Analytical Instruments - 23.03%, Reagents and Materials - 14.69%, Laboratory equipment - 14.62%, Measuring equipment - 11,7%, Laboratory furniture - 9,6%, Services for Laboratory Accreditation - 6,07%, Training Services - 5.04%, Service development and implementation methodologies - 5.01%, the Mobile lab - 3,2%, Laboratory Information Management System - 3,01%.
For visitors and exhibitors was prepared a spacious business program. 7 conference halls of Exhibition Center «KyivExpoPlaza» working simultaneously with the exhibition during the 4 days.
International forum «Complex support of laboratories» is a good marketing program of product promotion. One of the most important parts of the business program is organization of seminars and conferences, where many current issues of laboratory industry are discussed. Project Organizers have developed and are implementing a new complex program of the branch development. Today Ukraine needs such project with correct mix of processes «exhibition – conference – presentation - result».
