ÒÌÌ Company placed 13.11% of its shares in the Open Market of Frankfurt Stock Exchange through its parent company, ÒÌÌ Real Estate Developments plc, Cyprus. The shares were sold in the form of GDRs. The price was set at USD 15.45 per 1 GDR (equivalent to 1 share). As a result of the placement, TMM attracted USD 105 million. Market capitalization of TMM Company amounted to USD 800 million as of the placement date. The proceeds were directed to development of new projects in Kyiv, Kiev region and other regions of Ukraine.
