In compliance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine on  Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine the State Enterprise Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequencies (further – the UCRF) provides the state paid (administrative) services regarding the issue of permissive documents, in particular:

1. permission to operation of radio electronic facilities (REFs) and radiating devices (RDs);
2. license for ship station or permission to operation of ship river station;
3. permission to operation of amateur transmitting radio station;
4. special permission to the REFs operation;
5. permission to import into Ukraine of the REFs and RDs from abroad;
6. permission to import and operation of TV reporting SNG stations for a period up to 3 months;
7. permission to realization in Ukraine of the REFs and RDs.

 The UCRF`s services concerning the issue of permissive documents are payable.

The value of the works (services) relative to preparation and issuance of permissions is provided in the Tariffs on works (services) of the State Enterprise Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequencies concerning the radio frequency resource use of Ukraine and allotment of numbering resource approved by the NCCR Decision ¹ 1256 of 11.12.2008 registered by Ministry of Justice of Ukraine as ¹ 1238/15929 of 25.12.2008.

You can address your application for obtaining permission directly to the UCRF, through the authorized body or person, or by letter of credence with description annexed.

List of documents to be obligatory submitted to the UCRF in order to obtain permissive documents:

1. Taxpayer Registration Certificate (according to tax legislation requirements)/
2. State Registration Certificate of Legal Person (name of organization, legal address, place and state registration authority).
3. Certificate from Common State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (CSREOU) (identification of organizations according to a single number in Register).
4. Certificate of Financial Authorities of local executive power regarding full budgetary financing  (boundary tariff requirements, Article 19 of General Provisions) from organizations that are funded exclusively by Budget account. It is needed for payment of the UCRF  works amounting to 50%.
