Konnov & Sozanovsky acted as a legal counsel of Agro-Soyuz Corporation, the major Ukrainian agricultural holding, on attraction of investments in the amount of USD 40 million from Horizon Capital, the leading private equity fund management company.

A team of lawyers led by firm’s partners Yevgeniya Derbal and Borys Lobovyk provided client with overall legal support to the transaction, including representation of client in negotiations with the investor, drafting of the transactional documents and advising on the investor’s entering the group.
