Konnov & Sozanovsky holds a workshop named «Joint stock companies. New law.

This topic was of interest for a long time after the adoption of a new law being significant for lawyers as well as for business. Interest for regulation of activity of joint stock companies comes from a problematic of a previous law “On companies”. Actual left issues on holding of stockholders' meetings, alienation of stocks, election and recall of executive body, etc.
New law excludes partially the gaps in legislation on corporate rule while living new problems for stock companies and stock holders. This issues were also raised on a workshop.

Partner Helen Popko, a head of corporate law department and partner Yevgeniya Derbal, a head of a tax law department were the speakers at the workshop.
