The exhibition company Expo-centre «Meteor» in 2010 intends to unite on the one platform three exhibitions with similar structure of visitors.

From October, 12 till October, 15th in Dnepropetrovsk for the first time simultaneously will take place:

• «Mashprom» - the exhibition for buyers of machine tools and industrial equipment.
• «LitEks» - the leading exhibition in Ukraine for foundry business.
• «Energoprom» - the exhibition of power effective technologies for the industry.

Interrogation of real and potential exhibitors of the exhibition «Energoprom» which took place in March, 2010 became the basis for such decision. Organizers had been interrogated 50 companies which production forms a kernel of the commodity nomenclature of the project. 60 % of respondents have supported unification of three industrial exhibitions in autumn this year.

Have not supported the initiative of the organizer several representatives of the small and average companies (30 %) for whom it is quite enough to work with portfolio of spring orders. 10 % of respondents were not defined with the answer for the various reasons.

It is expected that unification of three industrial exhibitions will allow the organizer:
1) to restrain a rise in prices for own services by minimisation of costs;
2) to involve more visitors from industrial regions of Ukraine;
3) to present to audiences of exhibitions «Mashprom» and «LitEks» a demanded theme of energy savings and power efficiency.

On April, 29th, 2010 60 exhibitors of «Mashprom», 35 of «LitEks» and 14 of «Energoprom» (all of them are internal participation, mass-media are not considered) intend to participate in the autumn united project of the Expo-centre «Meteor». Among them – the companies from Ukraine, Russia, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Czechia.

Core experts are already involved in formation of the business program of exhibitions, among which representatives of the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine, the Dnepropetrovsk regional state administration, Association of technologists-machine engineers of Ukraine, National mountain University, company ActionDataGroup. As permanent partners of an exhibition «LitEks» experts of company «Union-moulding» and publishers of magazine Moulding of Ukraine».
