Head of department on bank products development for SME

Functions:

• Analysis of bank product market for SME
• Offers on development / modification / closure of bank products for SME
• Calculation of bank products cost for SME
• Analysis of bank products sale and of efficiency of bank products for SME
• Participation in trainings and seminars

Applicant specification:

• Higher education
• Working experience in banking sector not less than 5 years, management position - 2 years
• Spoken English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Not older than 35 years

Manager of Payment cards maintenance Department

Functions:

• Accounting maintenance of ASTM and POS-terminal acquiring according to reports of processing center
• Monitoring of ATM balances and timely informing of branches about necessity of collection
• Accounting maintenance of ATM loading/unloading
• Daily check of balances at clients’, transit and cash accounts relating to accounting of acquiring and issue
• Preparation and keeping of archives of daily accounting records
• Monitoring of balance of transit accounts and transfer of operations by cards accounts from CBS B2 to complex IS-Card
• Control and replenishment of insurance deposit
• Settlements with bank-sponsor

Applicant specification:

• Higher education
• Work experience in units relating to payment cards
• Knowledge of banking accounting principles
• Working experience in CBS B2 (desirable)
• Work experience in IS-Card (desirable)
• Knowledge of English (desirable)

Senior manager of It-infrastructure maintenance

Functions:

• Administration and maintenance of bank corporate network
• Administration of router Cisco 28хх, 38хх, 72XX
• Administration of switches Cisco 29xx, 37xx, 65xx

Would be an asset:

• Installation and administration of operating systems: Windows 2000/2003 Server, Linux, FreeBSD;
• Installation and administration of domain basing on Microsoft Active Directory;
• Citrix Presentation Server, VMWare Infrastructure, Cisco IP- telephony.

Head of individual risks unit

Functions:

• Control over decision making by PI loan applications according to effective policies and procedures
• Development of offers on improvement of procedures/policies
• Decision making within personal authorities

Applicant specification:

• higher education
• age from 26 to 36
• knowledge of PI lending process
• 2 years work experience at executive position in risk management or in unit making decisions on PI loans
• spoken English
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office, macro, queries in SQL

Functions:

• development of plans (issue, resources, gains) and measures for its fulfillment
• prompt control and coordination of network (capital + 5 cities with population more than million)
• cross-sales of card products: car loans, mortgage, consumer loans

• development and launch of partner, agent programs, alternative sales channels
• trainings for network (business trips)

Manager of verification center

Functions:

• inspection of PI loan applications
• inspection of completeness and validity of loan application data according to terms of credit product
• verification of PI personal data
• consultations for clients via telephone
• handling of overdue debt

• stress resistance
• working capacity

Expert on currency control

Functions:

• Final currency control over export, import and leasing operations of bank clients
• Informing of respective tax authorities authorized for currency control about clients’ violation of legislation
• Control over special sanctions applied to bank clients and their counterparties aiming at follow-up control by currency operations
• Control over investments into Ukraine by bank clients and return of investments and income from them
• Approval of operations by loan agreements in foreign currency which are received by bank clients from non-residents
• Correspondence with units of currency control of other banks
• Requests to the NBU, regional directorates of the NBU and responding to their inquiries relating to external economic operations of clients
• Processing and use of electronic registers of cargo declarations received from the NBU
• Efficient management of currency control unit
• Organization of trainings for employees of currency control unit and branch employees responsible for currency control.
