This made Vasil Kisil & Partners a real center of legal support for increasing investment activity of Ukrainian and foreign companies on the territory of Ukraine and abroad.

Chambers Europe 2009: Corporate Real Estate

This two-partner local team comprises 15 fee earners and is able to handle the gamut of real estate work, including transactional, advisory and construction matters. Its client portfolio consists mainly of international investors and developers, though it also maintains a substantial local clientele. It is widely praised for its experience in construction projects, where it takes on every detail from start to finish. It specialises in residential, commercial and hotel projects, and is also skilled in infrastructure and agricultural matters.

The team is currently advising Seven Hills on the development and construction aspects of a major residential project in Kyiv. It was also instructed by Globus Asset Management to advise on the Golden Beach development, a hotel and multistorey residential project on the coast near Yalta in the Crimea. Oleksandr Khomenko is one of the team’s leading partners. He has a strong reputation in the market for his skills in a vast array of real estate and construction-related work.
