Banking sector as financial agent plays significant role in economic surrounding, stipulates the necessity for keeping high level of the corporate governance to provide its confidence and security.
In its activity Kreditprombank conscientiously meets the requirements of the Law of Ukraine in the sphere of corporate governance and follows good example of the best world practices, under the guidance of documents and recommendations of the leading Ukrainian and international institutions:

  • Recommendations by Basel Committee on issues of banking regulation relatively improvement of the corporate governance in the banking institutions;
  • Principles of corporate governance of Organization on economical cooperation and development (ОECD);
  • Methodical recommendations by National Bank of Ukraine respectively corporate guidance improvement in the banks;
  • Principals of corporate guidance of State Commission on Securities and Stock Market.
  • System of corporate guidance in Kreditprombank is regulated by Corporate Guidance Code PJSC "Kreditprombank", Statute, Regulations, in particular «On General Meeting of Shareholders», «On the Supervisory Board», «On Management Board», «On Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board», «On Counsel of Regional Development », other regulatory documents.

Structure of corporate governance

Following standards of the corporate guidance by bank is provided by:

  • Protection of rights and economic interests of external investors, shareholders, clients and parties involved;
  • Responsibility of Supervisory Board to shareholders, Top Management - to Supervisory Board, owners of substantial parts of shares - to minority shareholders, bank to - clients and employees, all the stakeholders of the bank - to the society in general;
  • Timely full and reliable disclosure on activity including by forming reporting in compliance with international standards of financial reporting (ISFR) on financial position, economic indexes providing ability to make grounded decisions by involved parties.
