Reception of citizens
Making appointment is available daily since 09.30 till 17.30 (except weekends and holidays) on the basis of written application by the citizen, sent by post to the Bank with sign "for personal reception".
Application has to meet the following requirements:
- Application on personal meeting should contain the name and address with contact telephone number of the applicant;
- Issue that interests applicant should deal with bank sphere;
- Necessary materials and documents are to be in the package with application as well, explaining the issue of appeal;
- Materials provided by the applicant have to be correct not embarrassing without outrage phrases and threatening and so on.
In case the citizen failures to provide the documents required the appeal of the citizen in not under consideration and the visitor will be refused.
