Anna has significant experience in representing companies in the International Arbitration fora as well as commercial and general jurisdiction courts of Ukraine and several foreign countries.

Ms. Tyshchenko specializes in international arbitration, international litigation, commercial law, investments, and international trade. She has represented numerous clients in a wide range of such international forums as International Court of Arbitration at ICC (Paris), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Commercial Arbitration Court at the CCI of Ukraine, International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation etc.

Prior to joining AstapovLawyers Ms. Tyshchenko for several years held a position of a Senior Associate and a Head of International Arbitration and Litigation Department of International Law Firm based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Anna is an author of numerous articles on the issues of international commercial arbitration and litigation. Anna holds a law degree summa cum laude from Kyiv National Polytechnic University.
