Konnov & Sozanovsky advised its client, the Ukrainian group of companies working in the IP sphere, on the corporate restructuring, transfer of IP assets as well as on the selling of a stake in the group to foreign investors.

Within the transaction a team of lawyers drafted transactional documents for the corporate restructuring and developed a mechanism for transferring IP assets to a newly established Cyprus holding company.

A set of corporate documents (shareholder’s agreement, bylaws) were prepared for the sale of stake in the group to foreign investment funds.
