Partner, Head of IP Department, Julia Semeniy participated as a speaker on “Corporate Attorney – 2009”- Conference for Professionals, which took place in Kiev, 18-19 November. This conference was devoted to the organization and operation of the legal business, corporate collaboration, and ways to protect intellectual property rights in Ukraine.

In her report, named "Intellectual Property in Ukraine: problems of legislative provision and law enforcement" Julia pointed out to the issues of company IP rights consolidation as well as questions on trade secrets and confidential information.
