Conditions of delivery

Delivery of goods to Ukraine’s regions

We offer two types of delivery:


 
  1. «Planned delivery» - A vehicle of the carriers leaves the depot before 14:00. Applications for delivery of goods are filed to responsible managers before 13:00 of the day preceding the day of shipment. Applications filed after 13:00 of the day preceding the day of shipment are accepted for delivery by the following scheduled vehicle of the carrier. The goods are shipped to the store/warehouse of AIS Company that, in turn, delivers the goods directly to client sites. If the goods are packed in as many as four containers, the goods are delivered directly to the client.

    Planned orders are delivered free of charge.
  2. «Express orders» - orders are accepted before 13:00 of the current shipment date. A vehicle leaves the warehouse of the Kyiv Regional Centre before 15:30 of the current day. Delivery within 24/48 hours (dependent on the direction). Delivery is effected via the «Delivery» transportation and shipment company.

    Delivery of express orders is paid in line with the carrier’s rates.
