To see the list of the accredited travel agencies click here Any exceptions to the above rules will be considered only at the discretion of the Embassy of Spain in Kiev. On the 15th of April, 2010 the procedure of the accreditation of travel agencies made through the Embassy of Spain in Kiev will be closed for this year. The Embassy will inform about beginning of accreditation procedure for 2011 in advance. New Visa Application Form Applicants are required to fill in the new visa application form from now onwards. Old Visa Application Form already filled by the applicants can be accepted by the Visa Application Centre only till the 4 th of May 2010. Effective 5 th of May 2010, only new visa application forms will be accepted. Please note, application must be filled either in English or in Spanish language. Visa Fee payable in local currency Effective 01 April 2010, Visa Fee is payable in Ukrainian Hryvnas only. Please check for the applicable fee provided under each visa category. For more details Click Here Dear Customer, Please be aware that according to the guidelines of the Spanish Embassy, the visa process time is 5 working days from the day of the submission at the Visa Application Centre. Please ensure that your travel schedule is after 5 days - since we will not be able to accept documents otherwise. The Embassy of Spain in Kiev advises all visa applicants in Ukraine on the process of applying for a Schengen Visa (Business, Tourism, Transit, Invitation and a visa to attend Congress or Symposium) to submit their visa applications to the Embassy of Spain in Kiev, with a prior appointment only. Important Announcement Please have an extra photocopy of the first passport page. Please provide a photocopy of each internal passport page, each page of your present and previous international passports (including blank pages). Extended passport won't be accepted. There must be at least two blank pages in an international passport. There must be two additional blank pages in the passport of parent for each minor who requires visa into parent's passport. All representatives must have a notarial authority letter to pay visa fee at the Embassy. It is required to submit a separate set of documents (provided in the list of required documents for a definite type of visa) for each member of the group. Minor applicants in passports of parents must have separate Visa Application Form. Minor applicants below 16 can request visa in parent's passport. Applicants above 16 must have their own travel document/passport. In accordance with the guidelines of the Spanish Embassy, Visa Application Center does not accept the applications if: Photos are scanned and do not meet the requirements listed on the website. Date of travel is earlier than 5 days. Date of travel is later than 3 months. Validity of passport is extended. All applicants/representatives/travel agents - must open an envelope and check whether they have the right passport. Only the following insurance and Travel insurance companies will be accepted. All applicants - groups and individuals will have to first come to the Spanish Visa Application Centre to submit their documents and then will have to go to the Spanish embassy on the same day to pay the visa fees. The Applicants only have to pay for service charges at the Visa Application Centre and not the visa fees. The Applicants will have to carry the stamped Visa Application Form as a proof of the submission. There is a cashier counter at the Embassy where they show the stamped application form from the Visa Application Centre and then pay for the visa fees. Please Note: All visa fees payments will have to be made at the day of submission before 14:00. The Embassy of Spain in Kiev is competent for: Ukrainian citizens. Legal permanent residents in Ukraine (for a minimum intended stay of at least 6 months). The Embassy of Spain in Ukraine will not issue visa to Ukrainian citizens who live permanently outside of Ukraine . Please contact the Embassy of Spain in your country of residence.
