Client: A subsidiary of the major German telecommunications company

A subsidiary of the major German telecommunications company in a case initiated by the Office of Prosecutor General of Ukraine challenging the legality of the share purchase and sale agreements regarding Ukrainian Mobile Communications (currently Mobile TeleSystems Ukraine), one of the largest Ukrainian mobile operators, executed between Ukrtelecom, state-owned Ukrainian telecommunications provider, and foreign investors.
