Third CIS-EU Legal Forum Eurolawyer 2010, an important event in the life of CIS business community, took place on April 15-16, 2010 in London and was co-sponsored by AstapovLawyers.

Mr. Oleh Malskyy, AstapovLawyers Partner, together with other members of the panel (Oleksandr Potimkov - Deputy Chairman, State Property Fund of Ukraine, Kiev, and Natalia Zhernosek - Director, State Property Fund, State Property Committee of Republic of Belarus, Minsk) discussed the practical aspects of the privatization practice in CIS countries (sale of monopolist, tenders, international experience, etc).

In particular, Mr. Malskyy spoke on current trends of privatization transactions in Ukraine and shared his practical views from several recent privatization transactions he handled. Presentation in English may be downloaded here.

Participants of the conference spoke highly of the presentation and appreciated the insight.
