The entrance of Ukraine into the World Trading Organization and prospect of entrance into the European Community makes this question even more actual. It necessitates the radical changes of main principles of technical laboratories equipment and using of complex approach to its functioning maintenances. « LAB Compl EX » is: - the leading brand exhibition of Ukraine that determinates a strategic vector of development of laboratory market in Ukraine. - the largest international forum that consolidates of interests of market operators and consumers. - concentration of world achievements and scientific and technical trends in a field of laboratory providing. - business area for a solution of complex marketing tasks. 223 exhibitors from Ukraine, Russia, USA, Japan, Germany, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Spain, France, Switzerland and Poland took part in the international specialized exhibition «LABComplEX – 2009». Total area of the exhibition was 4053 m 2 . International specialized exhibition «LABComplEX – 2009» was in demand of many specialists. According to the rules of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) about the leadthrough of exhibition audit on an exhibition measure with the number of visitors from 5000 to 20000 persons must be polled no less than 500 persons. According to marketing research that was help during «LABComplEX - 2009», exhibition was visited by 5 097 of specialis, this satisfies the requirements of The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) . According to marketing research geography of visitors covered all regions of Ukraine, Crimea and also there were visitors from Russia, Belarus, Moldavia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Germany, India, Iran, Italy, Canada, USA. Percentage wise quantity of visitors from different regions of Ukraine was 68,9 % - Kyiv region, other regions was 29,82 % , foreign visitors - 1,28 % . Visitors of the exhibition were specialists of different branches : science and education – 20,60 % , laboratory medicine – 15,53 % , food industry – 5,13 % , pharmaceutical industry – 3,44 % , chemical industry – 4,62 % , ecology - 4,29 % , engineering – 4,98 % , other branches from 3,8 % to 0,11 % . Official distribution of visitors was as follows: 49,96 % - сspecialists, 28,98 % - managers of departments, 18,52 % - company managers. The largest interest was shown to the following areas: measuring equipment – 9,83% , analytical equipment – 8,40%, analyzers – 7,86%, general reagents and materials – 7,43% , laboratory tableware – 5,73% , laboratory equipment – 5,59% , other areas were from 4,85% to 0,11%. Broad business program was presented to the attention of visitors of the exhibition «LABComplEX – 2009». The work in 6 conference halls of exhibition center «KyivExpoPlaza» was held during 3 days of Forum. “LABComplEX-2010” is a brand event of year on the market of a support of laboratories in Ukraine and is an efficient tool for solution of complex tasks of your company.
