The teaching department carries out planning, the organization and the control of educational process, and also improvement of professional skill of the faculty at a level that provides training of highly skilled experts.




Work of a teaching department is conducted on the following directions:

1. Organizational activity:
  • Performance of curricula for all specialities and forms of training
  • Development of diagrams of educational process, drawing up of schedules of educational employment and examinations
  • The organization of readiness of faculties in new academic year
  • Distribution of hourly fund
  • Coordination work on questions educational, industrial practical work of students
  • Acquisition of the State examination board
  • Registration and distribution of diplomas about higher education
  • Conducting the account, duly drawing up of the statistical reporting on questions of teaching and educational process and a contingent of students
  • Preparation and distribution of student's cards
  • Maintenance of faculties the forms of the educational and registration documentation
  • Employment of graduates of different qualifying levels, support of communications with manufacture where graduates of academy are employed
2. Control activity:
  • The constant control of performance of schedule of educational process
  • The control of duly development by faculties of the scheduled and accounting documentation on educational process and the control of its condition
  • The control of planning and performance of an academic load of the faculty
  • The control of use of hourly fund
  • The control of the organization of work of the State examination board
  • The control of work of educational laboratories and studies
  • The control of independent training of students in the intersessional period and the control of a course of delivery of the academic debts by students
  • The control of productivity of improvement of professional skill by teachers
3. Planning:
  • Development of offers on improvement of planning and the organization of educational process
  • Development of plans of improvement of professional skill and training of the faculty
  • Development and introductions of branch standards of higher education in branch " design "
4. Studying and distribution of the best practices of work dean's
     offices and faculties on the organization of educational process
