Irina’s professional experience includes carrying out comprehensive analysis of companies’ operations aimed at identifying their solvency and reliability in foreign economic transactions, assessing the transparency of companies, building affiliation schemes, and revealing hidden connections to minimize financial, credit and commercial risks.

Irina has successfully prepared due diligence reports in spheres such as information technologies and communications, the automobile industry, the retail and wholesale trade, and evaluated the investment projects’ attractiveness and bankruptcy risks of companies, including but not limited to investor expansion into the developing markets.
