Sergeev: Мы уже осуществили это. Оплата коммунальных платежей возможна по карточкам "Мегабанка" (НСМЭП). В ближайшее время планируется возможность оплаты всеми видами пластиковых карт. Что касается смс, пока не видим такой необходимости: кроме оплаты, мы должны получить от клиента ряд данных, этот набор информации значительный - показания приборов учета, период оплаты и пр.
