All days from November 2 to 5, the trade show is open from 10.00am to 6:00pm, and entrance of visitors is allowed up until 5:30pm.

Entrance is by invitation card or ticket.

Location

The trade show takes place in the largest exhibition center in Ukraine, KyivExpoPlaza, which has all the necessary facilities for exhibitors and visitors to work:

• easy to get to, with a large free parking lot for 1 200 vehicles;
• convenient facilities for loading and assembly;
• fully-equipped conference halls, located in the exhibition hall;
• permanent restaurant, as well as cafes in the exhibition hall during exhibitions;
• cloakrooms;
• city phone lines.

Transportation

To transport visitors to KyivExpoPlaza during the trade show, a special shuttle bus service runs from Nyvky metro station departing at least every 5 minutes.
