Travelling with children. Children up to two years old have a right to 90% discount off ticket price (without separate seat and personal baggage). A passenger can reserve a separate seat for the child; however, they will be registered and charged as a child up to 12 years old.

Accompaniment of disabled and sick passengers. Disabled passengers are provided with various types of help during the process of boarding, flight and exiting the airplane, including wheel chair provision. It’s recommended to request such services while reserving tickets or not later than 72 hours in advance of departure.
