ASTRA BANK Opens Credit Line Secured by Real Estate for Private Individuals

ASTRA BANK implemented credit program for private individuals “Credit Line Secured by Real Estate”. So, ASTRA BANK is the first bank in Ukraine that revived such type of credit in the market of bank services for private individuals after the beginning of financial and economic crises. Credit line is a classic bank product that allows a client using credit funds received under security of real estate in parts (tranches) when borrowed funds are required within unused limit.
Amount of the loan that will be issued by ASTRA BANK under security of real estate is from UAH 25000 up to UAH 500000 under 24,9% annual and credit tenor up to 5 years. There is one-time commission for loan issue - 1% from credit limit amount. Credit purpose is any consumer aims that do not contradict current legislation of Ukraine. Form of loan issue is revolving credit line. During the first year of credit usage the Bank provides the clients with grace period, i.e. the repayment of loan starts from the second year.
“We expect that people with medium and high stable income will be interested in our credit line. This product will make their dreams come true. They will be able to receive education, make repairing, purchase valuable things, real estate or car”, - said Head of Bank Product Development Division of ASTRA BANK Sergiy Mishchenko.
