About the Bank

The mission of ASTRA BANK is to be universal and high-technology, client oriented bank corresponding to international standards of banking business, to concentrate attention at effective sales channels.

The shareholders of ASTRA BANK  are private individuals and one of the leaders in Southeastern Europe – Greek bank Alpha Bank  (97.0113%).

As a member of Alpha Bank Group Greece  ASTRA BANK uses all vast financial experience of the Group and combines deep knowledge of Ukrainian market and international business standards.

Open Joint-Stock Company ASTRA BANK (shortened name is OJSC ASTRA BANK) was registered in NBU in Bank state register in November 28, 2007 (No. 319 v).  The Bank belongs to thirty largest banks of Ukraine according to its registered capital that is confirmed by the rating of Association of Ukrainian Banks. Registered capital of the Bank is UAH 1,05 billion.

National rating agency “Credit-Rating” assigned to ASTRA BANK long-term credit rating uaBBB+ with forecast “stable” and the highest rating of bank deposit safety – “5”.

The Bank is a participant of Guarantee Fund of Private Individuals’ Deposits
