1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The present Policy of the COM.UA Domain (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been worked out pursuant to Cl. 1.2 of the .UA Domain Policy.

1.2. The terms and definitions used in the text of the present Policy shall have the meaning and interpretation specified in the UA Domain Policy, except as otherwise provided.

1.3. The COM.UA domain is a second-level public domain - a constituent part of the .UA Domain.

1.4. Domain names in the COM.UA domain shall be delegated pursuant to Article 2 of the UA Domain Policy.

1.5. Administration features of the COM. UA Domain are provided for by Article 2 of the present Policy.

1.6. Information concerning delegation and administration of domain names in the COM.UA domain shall be stored in the .UA Domain registration database, in the format and subject to the rules provided for by Article 4 of the .UA Domain Policy.

1.7. The consequences in cases when domain disputes arise are provided for by Article 5 of the .UA Domain Policy.

2. ADMINISTRATION FEATURES OF THE COM. UA DOMAIN

2.1. The COM.UA Domain is delegated in the interests of a user community, which is not preliminary defined. Therefore the COM.UA public domain is at the same time a generic domain.

2.2. The period of time for processing the request for delegation of a domain name in the COM.UA domain shall not exceed 5 (five) business days. The COM.UA domain administrator within the established period of time and pursuant to Cl. 2.10.6 of the .UA Domain Policy must notify administrative and technical contacts of the corresponding registrar about the course and result of request processing by means of e-mail (e-mails).

2.3. Requests for delegation of domain names in the COM.UA domain shall be processed in order of their receipt to the input queue of the .UA Domain registration database, pursuant to Cl. 2.4 of the .UA Domain Policy. The simultaneity period for requests for delegation of domain names in the COM.UA domain shall not be established.
