We perform the whole range of work in:

In Ukraine it is possible to obtain two kinds of patents:
- a patent for an invention that is issued relying on the results of a qualification examination of an application for a patent. The patent term is 20 years.
- a declaration utility patent that is issued relying on the results of examination as to form. The patent term is 10 years.
An invention may include:
- a product (device, substance, microbial strain, herb and animal cell culture and so on),
- a process (method),
- a new way of application of a known product or process

a new and exploitable constructive execution of a device. |

a person who has created the invention. |
| Claimer |
a person (juridical or natural) who has filed an application for a patent (a useful model). |

a process;
a new way of application of a known product or process. |

Fees and state dues shall be settled for filing of an application, issue of a patent, maintaining its effect and extension of the patent term. |
Industrial Design |
a result of a person's creative work in the field of styling. |

a person who has created the industrial design. |
Legal protection is afforde |
to a industrial design that is not contradictory to public policy, principles of humanity and ethics, and satisfies conditions of solvency. |
Objects of industrial design |
can be a shape, a pattern or coloring or their combination that determine decorative appearance of the product of industry and that are designed for aesthetic and ergonomic need satisfaction. |
Legal protection cannot be afforded to |
buildings (with the exception of small architectural moulds), industrial, hydraulic and other fixed structures;
printed output as such;
instable objects of liquid, gaseous, friable and similar materials, etc. |
Invention ownership for a industrial design |
is certified with a patent. |
An industrial design meets solvency requirements |
if it is new and exploitable. |
An industrial design term |
is 10 years from the official filling and is extended on the patent holder's application but no more than for 5 years. |

Trademark (mark for goods and services) |
is a designation identifying persons' goods and services from those of other persons. |
Claimer |
a person who has filed an application. |
Legal protection is afforded to |
a mark that is not contradictory to public policy, principles of humanity and ethics, and has no reasons for rejections of legal protection. |
Trademark objects |
can be verbal, figure, shape and other marks or their combinations, executed in any color or a combination of colors. |
Invention ownership for a trademark |
is attested with a certificate. |
Legal protection cannot be afforded to marks representing |
national emblems and flags;
official country names;
emblems, abbreviated and full names of international and intergovernmental organizations;
official countermarks, seals of guarantee, standard marks, seals;
awards and other insignia. |
Fees and state dues shall be settled for filing of an application, issue of a certificate, maintaining it in effect, etc.
