Service

The manufacturer guarantees the correspondence of the boiler to the requirements of TYY 28.2-24175498-001-2002 under the condition of observance of mounting, storage, transportation and operation rules.

The guaranteed service life is 30 months from the sales day, but not more than 36 months from the day of production.

The representatives of the manufacturer or local gas equipment services eliminate the troubles, which arise by the fault of the enterprise within the guarantee period and provide the necessary spare parts on the account of the manufacturer.

In the case of malfunction of any boiler’s part during the guarantee period the specialist of gas equipment service or specialized mounting-adjusting organization draws up the report of inspection of the boiler and together with the filled-in detachable guarantee coupon, copy of the coupon of putting the boiler into operation and defective part it is sent to the manufacturer.

The owner should inform the manufacturer about the trouble with the boiler by phone beforehand. If the fault is proved to have happened by the manufacturer’s fault, the elimination of the troubles, repair or replacement of the defective part is carried out on the account of the manufacturer.

The manufacturer doesn’t admit the claim without the defective part or the report.

The manufacturer doesn’t bear the responsibility and doesn’t guarantee the operation of the boiler in the following cases:

  • violation of the mounting, operating and maintenance rules;
  • negligent storage, handling and transporting of the boiler by the owner or sales organization;
  • if the mounting and repair of the boiler were carried out by the unauthorized persons;
  • îòñóòñòâèè øòàìïà òîðãóþùåé îðãàíèçàöèè â òàëîíå íà ãàðàíòèéíûé ðåìîíò è ñâèäåòåëüñòâà î ïðîäàæå.

In the case of malfunction of any boiler part after the guarantee period is over, the manufacturer can carry out the replacement or repair of faulty part on the account of the customer.

The service life of the boiler till the retirement is not less than 15 years.
